Yes. The Basic Account — profile creation, matching, search and applications — is free forever. Paid upgrades are entirely optional.

Are there any placement or agency fees?

No. Workers never pay agency or placement fees, and employers don't pay per-hire commissions. You pay only for your chosen plan.

Can employers change plans later?

Yes. You can start on Starter and move up to Small Business, Growing Business or Enterprise as your hiring needs grow.

Which plan is right for my business?

Individual and micro-employers usually start with Starter; local shops and salons pick Small Business; multi-location operations choose Growing Business; and large networks use Enterprise. Talk to sales if you're unsure.
